Welcome

Welcome, You’re in the Right Place

If you're here, it's probably because something isn't adding up. Maybe your child is melting down after school, or struggling with focus and emotions. Maybe you’re the one feeling stuck, scattered, or misunderstood,  and you're tired of wondering whether something's being missed.

At Neurodiversity Support UK, we offer a calm, personalised assessment experience that helps you or your child feel understood, not judged. And it’s all built on lived experience, professional insight, and a belief that neurodivergent brains deserve support that actually fits.

What Is a NeuroProfile  Assessment?

Clear answers. Real insight. No clinical gatekeeping.

A NeuroProfile Assessment gives you a clear, evidence-based picture of how someone learns, feels, and experiences the world, without needing to wait for a full diagnostic process. It helps families, schools, and individuals put the right support in place now, not years from now.

It explores strengths and unmet needs across areas like:

  • Executive function, focus, and attention

  • Emotional regulation and anxiety

  • Sensory processing and learning styles

  • Social communication

  • Environmental and workplace factors

For children and teens, the NeuroProfile helps identify what's really going on, even if they seem “fine” at school. Many kids mask until they get home, leading to meltdowns or shutdowns. The NeuroProfile helps schools and families respond with empathy and proper support, including EHCP applications.

For adults, the NeuroProfile gives insight into how neurodivergence, sensory needs, and anxiety show up in work, relationships, and daily life. You’ll get personalised recommendations that actually fit, and yes, we’ll help you advocate for workplace adjustments if you need them.

Every assessment includes a clear, written report with tailored suggestions for:

  • School or workplace adjustments

  • Environmental and emotional support

  • Evidence for EHCPs, RTC referrals, Access to Work, or onward referrals

This isn’t a label. It’s a starting point for support.

🟦 Step 4: Optional school/work input
With consent, we can contact a school SENCO, manager, or workplace to add context and support advocacy.

🟦 Step 5: Get your report (in 2–3 days)
You’ll receive a clear, actionable summary with insights and practical recommendations, usable by schools, GPs, EHCP panels, and more.

Why This Approach Works

Because real lives don’t fit in clinical boxes.

Families tell us this is the first time they’ve truly felt listened to, not pathologised. These aren’t cold checklists or diagnostic scripts. Every NeuroProfile is based on real conversations and real lives, offering a fuller picture of what support is actually needed.

And if you’ve ever worried about “failing” an assessment?

You can’t. That’s not how we work. This is about understanding, not judgment.

What Happens, Step-by-Step

(Simple, supportive, and totally stress-free)

✅ Step 1: Book Easily Online

Once you’re ready, booking is quick and simple. After payment, you’ll receive a secure booking link to choose a day and time that works best for you (or your family). No long waits, no complicated systems.

✅ Step 2: Consent & Background Info

This part helps us tailor the session just for you.

  • For children: Both parents (with parental responsibility) complete a short consent form and background questionnaire.

  • For adults: You’ll answer a few simple questions about your experiences, history, and what you'd like to get out of the session.

No essays. No overwhelm. Just enough to get a clear picture before we begin.

✅ Step 3: The Assessment Session (aka The Good Bit)

This is where the real insight happens, a relaxed, conversation-based online session designed to explore daily life, strengths, challenges, and learning styles.

  • For children: We’ll talk, draw, explore light activities in reading, writing, and maths, all informal and designed to understand how they think and learn. Parents are welcome to join and may be invited to share private insights during the session.

  • For adults: A guided conversation focused on your everyday experiences, from focus and routines to stress, relationships, and workplace life.

There are no tests, no pressure, and absolutely no judgment.

✅ Step 4: Optional School or Workplace Input

With your permission, I can speak with your child’s school or SENCO (or your employer) to gather helpful context. This can make the final report even more powerful when used for:

  • EHCP evidence

  • School support plans

  • Access to Work adjustments

It’s completely optional, and only done with your full consent.

✅ Step 5: Receive Your Report (Fast)

Within 2–3 working days, you’ll get a draft professional report summarising insights and tailored recommendations.

  • Adults can review and suggest edits before it’s finalised.

  • With permission, the final report can be shared with GPs, schools, or professionals as needed.

Your report is written to professional standards and can be used for:

  • EHCP applications

  • RTC referrals

  • School-based or workplace adjustments

  • Evidence where a full diagnosis isn’t required (or wanted)

It’s all designed to give you real answers, useful insight, and a path forward, not just a piece of paper.
