Neurodiversity areas I support

My journey into this work didn’t start in a classroom, it started in childhood, being misunderstood and a label I heard too often: “naughty.”
I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD, Autism (ASC), OCD, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and PTSD. School was isolating. Support was scarce. And for a long time, I believed that fitting in meant hiding who I was.
And yet, here I am. Now completing a degree in Social Sciences, supporting families, and doing work I never thought possible as the girl who just didn’t “fit.”
My husband Alex and I have two brilliant neurodiverse children, and together we've faced the chaos, beauty, and challenges that come with raising a neurodivergent family. We've had to learn, sometimes the hard way, how to communicate, support each other, and hold space for all the messy, magnificent parts of neurodiverse life.
That lived experience is at the heart of everything I do. I don’t just work with neurodiverse families, I am one. I know the fear, the school meetings, the late-night Googling, the guilt, the hope.
Every story is different. But no one should have to navigate theirs alone.

NeuroProfile Assessment
Our NeuroProfile assessment offers a detailed, strengths-based picture of how a person thinks, learns and experiences the world. It is ideal for individuals and families who feel something isn’t quite fitting but are not necessarily seeking a formal diagnosis.
Using guided, informal discussion and careful exploration of history, patterns and day-to-day experiences, we build a clear profile of strengths, differences and areas where support may be helpful.
You will receive a comprehensive written report outlining what may be going on, practical recommendations, and suggested next steps. Many families use this to inform conversations with schools, GPs and diagnostic providers, or simply to better understand themselves or their child.
Flexible payment options available.
Assessments can be paid for in full or spread the cost using Klarna or PayPal, helping you access support without delay.

Coaching for Children & Adults
Less stress. More connection.
Practical, personalised coaching to help children build confidence, improve focus, and feel understood, and to help parents support them without burning out. We work together to create real strategies that fit your life, not just your to-do list.

Parent & Family Support
You don’t have to fight the system alone.
From EHCP applications to school meetings, I help families advocate effectively and stay sane in the process. I also specialise in supporting children and teens whose neurodivergence overlaps with challenging behaviours or involvement with the legal system.
