What to Expect (in more detail)
Step 1: Book Easily Online
Once you’re ready, booking is quick and simple. After payment, you’ll receive a secure booking link to choose a day and time that works best for you (or your family). No long waits, no complicated systems.
Step 2: Consent & Background Info
This part helps us tailor the session just for you.
-
For children: Both parents (with parental responsibility) complete a short consent form and background questionnaire.
-
For adults: You’ll answer a few simple questions about your experiences, history, and what you'd like to get out of the session.
No essays. No overwhelm. Just enough to get a clear picture before we begin.
Step 3: The Assessment Session (aka The Good Bit)
This is where the real insight happens, a relaxed, conversation-based online session designed to explore daily life, strengths, challenges, and learning styles.
-
For children: We’ll talk, draw, explore light activities in reading, writing, and maths, all informal and designed to understand how they think and learn. Parents are welcome to join and may be invited to share private insights during the session.
-
For adults: A guided conversation focused on your everyday experiences, from focus and routines to stress, relationships, and workplace life.
There are no tests, no pressure, and absolutely no judgment.
Step 4: Optional School or Workplace Input
With your permission, I can speak with your child’s school or SENCO (or your employer) to gather helpful context. This can make the final report even more powerful when used for:
-
EHCP evidence
-
School support plans
-
Access to Work adjustments
It’s completely optional, and only done with your full consent.
Step 5: Receive Your Report (Fast)
Within 2–3 working days, you’ll get a draft professional report summarising insights and tailored recommendations.
-
Adults can review and suggest edits before it’s finalised.
-
With permission, the final report can be shared with GPs, schools, or professionals as needed.
Your report is written to professional standards and can be used for:
-
EHCP applications
-
RTC referrals
-
School-based or workplace adjustments
-
Evidence where a full diagnosis isn’t required (or wanted)
It’s all designed to give you real answers, useful insight, and a path forward, not just a piece of paper.
A neuroprofile assessment does not replace a formal medical diagnosis.
Formal diagnoses for conditions such as ADHD or autism must be conducted by qualified clinical professionals through regulated diagnostic pathways.
A neuroprofile assessment is designed to provide structured insight and understanding that may help guide strategies, support decisions, or further assessment pathways.
Many people find this understanding valuable, whether or not they choose to pursue a formal diagnosis.
